(Dogtown is an abandoned ghost town in the middle of Cape Ann, Massachusetts. Drawings of rocks on the right and left sides of the painting are pen and ink on paper glued to the canvas with acrylic gesso. The first quarter mile of the road into Dogtown is wide and has had white gravel laid down so that trucks can more easily access the Xmas tree drop off site. The white stone gives the road an eerie cast.)
